We invite your organization to participate in this year's Grassroots Radio Conference.

This educational conference will be held at WLPP-LP (address)

The Annual Grassroots Radio Conference is an annual educational conference designed for focusing on the critical skills and needs community radio stations face.

The Grassroots Radio Conference offers a variety of marketing and sponsorship opportunities. The exhibit fee is $400.00 for commercial organizations and $150.00 for non-profit government and public education organizations.

This fee entitles one representative of your company to attend the entire conference including meals and refreshments. Additional person(s) may be registered for a fee of $100.00 each, with a limit of up to two additional representatives to be registered. A table to demonstrate products will be provided with additional amenities upon request.

Registration entitles each exhibiting organization to attend and demonstrate their products at the conference September 24-27th, as well as attend the welcome reception.

All booths must be completely dismantled and clear from the exhibit hall by 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 27th, 2015.

The exhibitor application deadline is August 31st, 2015. Exhibitors may register either by online or mail-in registration. Exhibit space will be assigned based on the date of receipt of their completed application and payment.
